High schools description: This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Serang. This research uses quantitative research methods with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experiment design. Data collection was carried out through test instruments and questionnaires. The research sample amounted to 40 students of class XI IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Serang. The results showed that the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model by utilizing the padlet website had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The results of the test instrument analysis using paired sample t-test, showed the significance value in the prostest period obtained a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, which means if there is an influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model by utilizing the padlet website on student learning outcomes. The results of the questionnaire instrument analysis show the coefficient of determination of 0.300, which can be categorized into enough which means that if 30% of the learning outcome variables can be explained by the learning model, while the remaining 70% is explained by other factors.
