Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pandeglang menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Pertanian Dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pandeglang menggunakan sampel 174 responden. Jawaban kuisioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 ? 10. Data analisis menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 4.1.0.8 . Hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (4) Disiplin Kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (5) Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.}, abstract = {The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the Influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Mediator and Leadership Style as a Moderator (Study at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency). This study was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency using a descriptive quantitative method with a causality approach. The respondents of this study were all Civil Servants at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency using a sample of 174 respondents. The questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. Data analysis using SmartPLS software Version 4.1.0.8.
