Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga November 2024 di Screenhouse Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi PGPR akar bambu hijau (P) yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu PGPR 0 ml/L (kontrol), PGPR 25 ml/L, PGPR 30 ml/L, dan PGPR 35 ml/L. Faktor kedua yaitu Interval penyiraman air (A) terdiri dari 3 taraf: 1 hari 2 kali pada pagi dan sore hari, 2 hari 2 kali pada pagi dan sore hari (1 hari tanpa penyiraman), dan 3 hari 2 kali pada pagi dan sore hari (2 hari tanpa penyiraman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PGPR akar bambu hijau dengan konsentrasi 25 ml/L memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun per rumpun, panjang akar, bobot basah umbi, dan bobot kering umbi, sedangkan PGPR 35 ml/L memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap jumlah anakan per rumpun tanaman. Interval penyiraman 1 hari 2 kali memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah daun, bobot basah umbi, dan bobot kering umbi, sedangkan interval penyiraman 3 hari 2 kali memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap parameter panjang akar. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan PGPR akar bambu hijau 25 ml/L dengan interval penyiraman 3 hari 2 kali terhadap parameter panjang akar, kemudian perlakuan PGPR akar bambu hijau 25 ml/L dengan interval penyiraman 1 hari 2 kali terhadap bobot basah umbi dan bobot kering umbi. abstract: This study examined the effect of the application of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) and watering intervals on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research was carried out from September to November 2024 at the Screenhouse Experimental Field, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This research used a factorial Randomized Group Design (RGD). The first factor, namely the PGPR concentration of green bamboo roots (P), consists of 4 levels: PGPR 0 ml/L (control), PGPR 25 ml/L, PGPR 30 ml/L, and PGPR 35 ml/L. The second factor is the watering interval (A) consisting of 3 levels: twice a day in the morning and evening, twice every other day in the morning and evening (1 day without watering), and twice in 3 days in the morning and evening (2 days without watering). The results showed that PGPR green bamboo roots with a concentration of 25 ml/L gave the best effect on plant height, number of leaves per clump, root length, wet weight of tubers, and dry weight of tubers, while PGPR 35 ml/L gave the best results on the number of shoots per plant grove. Watering intervals of twice a day gave the best effect on the number of leaves, wet weight of tubers and dry weight of tubers, while watering intervals of twice in 3 days gave the best results on root length parameters.
