Races description: Micro business is the scale of business that is most widely run by people spread across Indonesia, including Serang City. The large number of micro businesses in Serang City is dominated by the culinary sector, which does not rule out the many types of problems experienced by micro business actors in the culinary sector in Serang City, ranging from not having complete legality, not being able to market products in the online market, difficulty obtaining raw materials, to limitations in using technology in creating attractive product packaging. The problems that occur in their business activities are a problem in this study and need to get the attention of the local government which has the task of implementing micro business development, especially in the culinary sector, to be able to resolve existing obstacles so that they can grow, develop, be competitive to become advanced, resilient, and independent businesses and can increase the business scale to become small businesses. The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of the Culinary Sector Micro Business Development Policy in Serang City. The theory used in this research is the theory of public policy implementation from Charles O. Jones which consists of mutually influencing dimensions, namely organization, interpretation, and application. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Culinary Sector Micro Business Development Policy in Serang City has been implemented but its implementation has not been optimal. This is influenced by several obstacles in the policy implementation process including budget constraints, ineffective coordination and communication from policy implementers, lack of information disclosure from policy implementers, limitations in determining the number of participants, time constraints, and limited training activity materials. date: 2024 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/1/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_FULLTEXT.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/2/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_CP.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/3/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_01.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/4/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_02.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/5/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_03.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/6/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_04.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/7/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_05.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/8/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_REF.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49588/9/RADEN%20IVA%20HANDIANA_6661170014_LAMP.pdf identifier: HANDIANA, RADEN IVA (2024) IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO SEKTOR KULINER DI KOTA SERANG.
