description: Financial reports are structured reports regarding the financial position  and transactions of financial reporting units. There are still many shortcomings  and weaknesses in the quality of government financial reporting, namely the  relevance of reported financial reports and non-compliance. Village Funds in the  Serang Regency area have brought extraordinary gifts. However, in several  villages, village funds have become a disaster.  This research aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of village  financial reports such as quality of human resources, village internal control  system, use of information technology. This research brings quantitative methods  closer by distributing questionnaires.  The results of this research indicate that the Village Internal Control System,  Organizational Commitment and External Factors do not have a significant effect  and the only significant effect is the Quality of Human Resources and the Use of  Information Technology
