description: This study aims to examine the effect of stakeholder pressure on firm performance with green innovation as a mediator (empirical study on manufacturing companies in Banten province). This study is a type of quantitative research with primary data collection based on the results of questionnaires given to respondents, namely middle manager in manufacturing companies in Banten province. The analysis method is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.1. The population used is   manufacturing companies in Banten province. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, obtained 12 manufacturing companies that meet the research sample criteria. The results of the study indicate that stakeholder pressure consisting of government pressure, competitor pressure and customer pressure has a positive effect on firm performance, stakeholder pressure consisting of government pressure, competitor pressure and customer pressure has a positive effect on green innovation, green innovation has a positive effect on firm performance and green innovation can mediate the effect of stakeholder pressure on firm performance.
