description: Making SIM Online through the SINAR Application (SIM PRESISI NASIONAL) makes it very easy for the public to simplify and shorten the process of making and extending SIM. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles. The focus of this study is the Effectiveness of the SINAR Application (Sim Presisi  Nasional) in extending SIM. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of Effectiveness of the SINAR Application (Sim Nasional Presisi) in Extending Driving Licenses in Tangerang City. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires  and library research. The data analysis used is the theory of program effectiveness which includes achieving goals, adaptation, and integration. Data analysis was carried out using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, and One Sample  T-test Hypothesis Test. The results of the study showed that it achieved an effective value by obtaining an effectiveness percentage of 67.13%. with the results of the Adaptation Indicator with a percentage of 64.33%, the Integration Indicator with a percentage of 67.96%, the Goal Achievement indicator with a percentage of 68.54%. Suggestions that can be given are increasing accessibility and user education, increasing public awareness of digital services, improving periodic checks, and evaluating the SINAR application system.
