"Among effective management systems, the importance of human resources is\r\nincreasing. Human resource management in an organization has become one of the\r\nmost important functions in a company. This study aims to test and analyse the\r\nvariables that influence turnover intention with emotional intelligence and\r\nperceived organizational support through affective commitment to develop a basic\r\ntheory and research model. This research uses an associative descriptive\r\nquantitative method with a sample of 195 respondents with technical non\r\nprobability sampling who are PT Luhai Industrial Cikande Serang employees.\r\nQuestionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. The data\r\nwas analysed with the help of SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results showed\r\nstatistically, emotional intelligence can significantly negatively affect turnover\r\nintention, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover\r\nintention, emotional intelligence can significantly positively affect affective\r\ncommitment, perceived organizational support can significantly positively affect\r\naffective commitment, affective commitment can significantly negatively affect\r\nturnover intention, affective commitment can mediate the effect of emotional\r\nintelligence on the turnover intention with partial mediation characteristics while\r\naffective commitment can mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on\r\nthe turnover intention with full mediation characteristics."^^ .
