Human resource management in an organization has become one of the most important functions in a company. This study aims to test and analyse the variables that influence turnover intention with emotional intelligence and perceived organizational support through affective commitment to develop a basic theory and research model. This research uses an associative descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 195 respondents with technical non probability sampling who are PT Luhai Industrial Cikande Serang employees. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. The data was analysed with the help of SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results showed statistically, emotional intelligence can significantly negatively affect turnover intention, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention, emotional intelligence can significantly positively affect affective commitment, perceived organizational support can significantly positively affect affective commitment, affective commitment can significantly negatively affect turnover intention, affective commitment can mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on the turnover intention with partial mediation characteristics while affective commitment can mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on the turnover intention with full mediation characteristics. %Z Di antara sistem manajemen yang efektif, pentingnya sumber daya manusia semakin meningkat. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi telah menjadi salah satu fungsi yang paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi turnover intention dengan emotional intelligence dan perceived organizational support melalui affective commitment mengembangkan model dasar teori dan model penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 195 responden dengan teknikal non probability sampling yang merupakan karyawan PT Luhai Industrial Cikande Serang. Jawaban kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala interval 1 – 10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara statistic emotional intelligence dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention, perceived organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, emotional intelligence dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan positif terhadap affective commitment, perceived organizational support dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan positif terhadap affective commitment, affective commitment dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention, affective commitment mampu memediasi pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap turnover intention dengan ciri mediasi parsial sedangkan affective commitment mampu memediasi pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention dengan ciri mediasi penuh.
