Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT Pesona Inti Rasa Serang, Banten yang berjumlah 50 Orang. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dibantu dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1.1.1. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam pengujian instrument berjumlah 30 orang. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan apabila dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction at PT Pesona Inti Rasa, Serang, Banten. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through literature review, interviews, observations, and questionnaire distribution. The research population includes all employees of PT Pesona Inti Rasa, Serang, Banten, totaling 50 individuals. Data processing and analysis were conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, assisted by the SmartPLS 4.1.1.1 software. A total of 30 respondents were involved in the instrument testing phase. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
