Social reform description: This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction at PT Pesona Inti Rasa, Serang, Banten. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through literature review, interviews, observations, and questionnaire distribution. The research population includes all employees of PT Pesona Inti Rasa, Serang, Banten, totaling 50 individuals. Data processing and analysis were conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, assisted by the SmartPLS 4.1.1.1 software. A total of 30 respondents were involved in the instrument testing phase. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
