This study aims to determine the dosage of biochar of empty bunches oil palm and compost rubber litter leaves on the chemical properties of soil and the growth of land kale plants (Ipomoea reptans Poir.) in gold mine tailings. This study was compiled in a Randomize Block Design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor was the dose of biochar in empty bunches of oil palm which consists of 3 levels, namely B0: no biochar (0 g/polybag), B1: 20 t/ha (17 g/polybag) and B2: 30 t/ha (25,5 g/polybag). The second factor was rubber leaf litter compost which consists of 3 levels, namely K0: no compost (0 g/polybag), K1: 20 t/ha (17 g/polybag) and K2: 40 t/ha (34 g/polybag). The results showed that the administration of biochar doses of empty oil palm bunches with a dose of 30 t/ha (25,5 g/polybag) of B2 in gold mine tailings gave the best results on soil chemical parameters such as pH and C-organic. It can increase pH by 0,5 and C-organic reaches 0,98%. In the parameters of growth and yield of land kale plants, namely the number of leaves aged 20 HST (9,89 pieces) and the wet weight of the plant (4,89 g). The application of rubber leaf litter compost with a dose of 40 t/ha (34 g/polybag) of K2 in the tailings of the gold mine gave the best results on the soil chemical parameters (pH), which could increase the pH by 0,5. In the growth and yield parameters of land kale plants, namely increasing the height of plants aged 20 HST (19,21 cm), the number of leaves of 20 HST (10,11 pieces), and the weight of plant roots (0,0022 g). There was an interaction between the administration of a dose of 0 g/polybag of oil palm empty bunch biochar (without treatment) and a dose of 40 t/ha (34 g/polybag) of B0K2 in gold mine tailings on the plant root weight parameter (0,002 g). date: 2025-06-11 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/1/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_Fulltext.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/2/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_01.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/3/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_02.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/4/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_03.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/5/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_04.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/6/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_05.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/7/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_Ref.pdf format: text language: id identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49501/8/Nida%20Harfiah_4442210058_Lamp.pdf identifier: Harfiah, Nida (2025) AMELIORASI TAILING TAMBANG EMAS DENGAN PENAMBAHAN BAHAN ORGANIK PADAT TERHADAP SIFAT KIMIA TANAH DAN PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KANGKUNG DARAT (Ipomoea reptans Poir.).
