description: Background: The quality of nursing services is an important aspect in increasing the level of patient satisfaction, including parents of hospitalized pediatric patients. Nursing services include five main dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible evidence. Patient satisfaction reflects a subjective assessment of the service experience and is greatly influenced by the extent to which the service is able to meet or exceed patient expectations. Research Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of parental satisfaction in the pediatric inpatient ward of the Banten Provincial General Hospital. Method: This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive correlational design and a cross sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 73 parents of pediatric patients, determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test to determine the relationship between the two variables. Results: Most respondents considered the quality of nursing services to be poor (56.2%) and stated that they were dissatisfied (53.4%). The test results showed a significant relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of parental satisfaction (p = 0.000 with an OR value of 40.5; CI: (10.3-157.7). Conclusion: Dissatisfaction arises because the quality of nursing services provided has not been able to meet patient expectations. This confirms that the quality of nursing services plays a direct role in shaping patient satisfaction.
