description: In developing countries, community welfare is an important indicator in measuring the quality of life. This study aims to analyze the effect of Per Capita Expenditure, Education, Health, Unemployment, and Poverty on Community Welfare in 11 provinces in Indonesia during the period 2018 to 2022. This study uses a data panel model with a Fixed Effect Model approach, the results show that partially Per Capita Expenditure, Education, and Health have a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare, as measured by the Human Development Index (HDI).  However, the variables of Unemployment and Poverty do not have a significant influence on HDI. However, although not significant, the direction of the relationship between Unemployment and Poverty and HDI remains positive, indicating that there are other factors such as the informal sector or social programs that help maintain community welfare despite high levels of unemployment or poverty. This research provides important insights for policy makers at the central and regional levels, to target more comprehensive and targeted development programs to improve the overall quality of life of the community.
