description: Electrical energy is the main energy source to meet the world's non-renewable  energy needs, therefore there is a need for good management and ways to save. The  Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System is a system that can perform reasoning with  similar principles as for example humans reasoning with their instincts. The  Mamdani Fuzzy Logic method is expected to be a solution to get efforts to save  electricity consumption in Building A FKIP Untirta as a lecture facility. With the  use of Mamdani Fuzzy Logic in manual calculations and in MATLAB to be able to  make a value comparison in determining the evaluation of electricity consumption  carried out by testing at a power value of 50,916.67 Watts, a kWh value of 14,053  on a daily scale. The test carried out by manual calculation got a value of 43.399  and in MATLAB as much as 49 so that the comparison of the accuracy value of both  was 90.414 with a standard electricity usage scale. Opportunities for electrical  energy saving efforts occur in reducing the IKE value from 29.338 to 25.17 so that  what is obtained based on savings in the air system and light system is obtained in  the amount of 1,996.8 kWh / month or on a cost scale obtained in the amount of Rp  1,797,120 / month. Energy savings can be done with things like, Consumption of  Air Conditioner (AC) low power inverter, Replacement of TL lights to LED lights,  Use electronic equipment as needed and do regular maintenance on panels to avoid  rust and damage.
