"The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the ability of technology adaptation and work motivation to\r\nemployee work effectiveness through work flexibility. This study was conducted at the Riyadhul Falah As Shoheh\r\nFoundation. This study uses a quantitative method with a saturated population and sample or total sampling where\r\nall populations are sampled, namely all employees as many as 114 respondents and data collection techniques using\r\nquestionnaires in the form of a combination of open answers on an interval scale of 1-10 then processed and\r\narranged into a data frequency tabulation which is then analyzed data with Partial Least Square (PLS) software.\r\nthe results of the study based on the validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on\r\ndirect and indirect hypothesis tests, it shows that: 1). Technology Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on\r\nwork flexibility for employees of the Rayadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation. 2). Work Motivation has a positive and\r\nsignificant effect on Work Flexibility for Employees of the Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 3). Technology\r\nAdaptation has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh\r\nFoundation, 4). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at Riyadhul\r\nFalah As-Shoheh Foundation, 5).
