description: This study aims to examine the influence of Management Control Systems   and Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance with Innovation as a   Mediator. The population of this study is a Regional Apparatus Organization of   Banten Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained   15 organizations. This research is quantitative research using primary data through   questionnaires and given to department heads, secretaries, section heads, sub  division heads and to civil servants who have functional positions. This research   uses smartPLS 3 software with inner and outer model tests. The research results   show that the management control system has a positive effect on innovation and   organizational performance, Knowledge Management also has a significant   positive effect on innovation and organizational performance. According to this   research, innovation is also able to mediate the relationship between management   control systems and knowledge management on organizational performance.
