Poor organization can have an impact on nurse performance in providing nursing care, one of which is job satisfaction. Objective: To determine the relationship between the organization of the head of the room and the level of job satisfaction of nurses in the pediatric ward of the Banten Provincial General Hospital. Method: This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional approach with the sampling of this study using purposive sampling of 39 nurses. The analysis technique used in this study is chi square. Results: Most respondents perceived the organization of the head of the room as poor (59.0%), Most respondents perceived job satisfaction as dissatisfied (41.0%). Based on the results of the chi-square test, a p-value of 0.001 was obtained (p-value = 0.001 = 0.05) with an OR value of 16,000; CI: 2.9-87.3). Conclusion: Dissatisfaction of implementing nurses arises due to poor organization of the head of the room.
