The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to collect data from students and teachers involved in the bilingual class. This research was conducted at SD Evfia Land Kota Serang, with third-grade students as the subjects. The results indicate that students can express ideas, ask, and respond to questions using bilingual language during the learning process. Additionally, they demonstrate the ability to interact with teachers and peers bilingually with a fairly good level of fluency. However, some challenges were identified, such as limited vocabulary and a lack of confidence. Learning strategies involving a communicative approach, group discussions, and the use of interactive media have been proven to help improve students' communication skills.
