This makes Indonesia the fourth-largest coffee producer in the world. However, coffee production in Banten has been declining from 2022 to 2023. This decrease may be due to a lack of supporting factors, such as the use of high-quality seedlings. One way to obtain superior coffee seedlings is by applying solid organic fertilizer and using plant growth promoters derived from bamboo roots (PGPR) to enhance the nutrient content available for coffee plants. This study aims to determine the effect of different doses of solid organic fertilizer and various concentrations of (PGPR) from bamboo roots on the growth of Coffea canephora var. Menhir (Robusta Menhir coffee) seedlings. The research was conducted using a randomized block design with two factors. The first factor was the dose of solid organic fertilizer, consisting of three levels: p0 (0 g), p1 (25 g), and p2 (35 g). The second factor was the concentration of (PGPR) from bamboo roots, also consisting of three levels: k0 (0 mL/L), k1 (25 mL/L), and k2 (30 mL/L). The results of the study showed that the application of 25 g/polybag of solid organic fertilizer had the most significant effect on plant height, leaf width, and stem diameter at 12 weeks after planting (WAP). Meanwhile, the application of 30 mL/L concentration of PGPR derived from bamboo roots resulted in the highest root length at 12 WAP.
