Dokumentasi Keperawatan Berbasis Digital, Kepuasan Kerja
note: Latar Belakang: Dokumentasi merupakan alat penting dalam profesi keperawatan,
yang menyediakan komunikasi yang terstruktur, konsisten, dan efektif yang
tentunya diperlukan untuk menciptakan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas juga
memenuhi standar profesional dan hukum. Adanya digitalisasi ini membuat banyak
rumah sakit di Indonesia ikut memaksimalkan kemajuan teknologi dengan
melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan termasuk pada aspek
dokumentasi keperawatan, yang semula dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis kertas
kemudian beralih menjadi dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis digital. Tujuan:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendokumentasian
keperawatan berbasis digital dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap
RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, yang menggunakan
metode probability sampling yaitu cluster sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan
sampel, dengan jumlah responden yang terlibat yaitu sebanyak 50 responden.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value = 0.004 yang artinya nilai � < 0.05 yang
dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendokumentasian keperawatan
berbasis digital dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD dr. Drajat
Prawiranegara. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kepuasan dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan
pendokumentasian keperawatan berbasis digital.
abstract: Background: Documentation is an important tool in the nursing profession, which provides structured, consistent, and effective communication that is certainly needed to create quality health services that also meet professional and legal standards. The existence of this digitalization has made many hospitals in Indonesia participate in maximizing technological advances by improving the quality of health services including in the aspect of nursing documentation, which was originally paper-based nursing documentation then switched to digital-based nursing documentation. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between digital-based nursing documentation and nurse job satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital in 2024. Methods: This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design, which uses the probability sampling method, namely cluster sampling as a sampling technique, with the number of respondents involved being 50 respondents. Results: The results of the study obtained a p value = 0.004, which means that the α value <0.05, which can be interpreted that there is a relationship between digital-based nursing documentation and the level of nurse job satisfaction at dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Regional Hospital. Conclusion: The level of satisfaction can influence the implementation of digital-based nursing documentation.
