description: Background: Documentation is an important tool in the nursing profession, which provides structured, consistent, and effective communication that is certainly needed to create quality health services that also meet professional and legal standards. The existence of this digitalization has made many hospitals in Indonesia participate in maximizing technological advances by improving the quality of health services including in the aspect of nursing documentation, which was originally paper-based nursing documentation then switched to digital-based nursing documentation. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between digital-based nursing documentation and nurse job satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital in 2024. Methods: This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design, which uses the probability sampling method, namely cluster sampling as a sampling technique, with the number of respondents involved being 50 respondents. Results: The results of the study obtained a p value = 0.004, which means that the α value <0.05, which can be interpreted that there is a relationship between digital-based nursing documentation and the level of nurse job satisfaction at dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Regional Hospital. Conclusion: The level of satisfaction can influence the implementation of digital-based nursing documentation.
