The Methodology Training Program in Basic Training for\r\nFunctional Instructor Positions is a training program on technical skills that must\r\nbe possessed by an instructor. The Serang Vocational and Productivity Training\r\nCenter (BBPVP) is one of the Central Technical Implementation Units (UPTP) of\r\nthe Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia which organizes the JF\r\nInstructor Latsar methodology training. The purpose of this program evaluation is\r\nto evaluate the components of the training program. This evaluation study aims to\r\nshow the response of training participants and OJT instructors/mentors to the\r\nimplementation of Methodology Training in the JF Instructor Latsar Program at\r\nBBPVP Serang for future improvements. The evaluation model used is the CIPP\r\nmodel (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data will be analyzed descriptively using\r\nquantitative and qualitative methods (mix method). Quantitative data comes from\r\nquestionnaire instruments (closed questions) and observation sheets, while\r\nqualitative data comes from document instruments, questionnaires (open\r\nquestions), and documentation/photos. The results of the study in the context\r\ncategory stated that the three qualification methodology training documents can be\r\napplied in the implementation of training, while the OJT guideline document needs\r\nimprovement in terms of schedule information and the division of tasks for\r\ninstructors and organizers. In the input category, almost all participants in the JF\r\nInstructor Latsar methodology training were satisfied with the quality of program\r\nresources. In the process category, all training participants passed and almost all\r\nrespondents were satisfied with the process of implementing online and offline\r\ntraining. In the product category, almost all respondents were satisfied with the\r\nquality of the product. With the results of the study above, it can be concluded that\r\nthe JF Instructor Latsar Methodology Training Program can be continued.
