The Methodology Training Program in Basic Training for Functional Instructor Positions is a training program on technical skills that must be possessed by an instructor. The Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) is one of the Central Technical Implementation Units (UPTP) of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia which organizes the JF Instructor Latsar methodology training. The purpose of this program evaluation is to evaluate the components of the training program. This evaluation study aims to show the response of training participants and OJT instructors/mentors to the implementation of Methodology Training in the JF Instructor Latsar Program at BBPVP Serang for future improvements. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data will be analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative methods (mix method). Quantitative data comes from questionnaire instruments (closed questions) and observation sheets, while qualitative data comes from document instruments, questionnaires (open questions), and documentation/photos. The results of the study in the context category stated that the three qualification methodology training documents can be applied in the implementation of training, while the OJT guideline document needs improvement in terms of schedule information and the division of tasks for instructors and organizers. In the input category, almost all participants in the JF Instructor Latsar methodology training were satisfied with the quality of program resources. In the process category, all training participants passed and almost all respondents were satisfied with the process of implementing online and offline training. In the product category, almost all respondents were satisfied with the quality of the product. With the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the JF Instructor Latsar Methodology Training Program can be continued.
