Human resource   management, particularly recruitment processes, is crucial for acquiring competent   nursing staff, which ultimately impacts service quality and patient satisfaction.   Objectives: This study aims to examine the relationship between nurse recruitment   processes, nurse performance, and patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Drajat   Prawiranegara, Serang City, in 2024. Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional   design was used. Nurse sampling employed proportionate stratified random   sampling, yielding 84 respondents, while patient sampling used simple random   sampling with 83 respondents, both calculated using Slovin’s formula. Results: (1)   No significant relationship was found between recruitment processes and nurse   performance (p=0.620); (2) No significant relationship was found between nurse   performance and patient satisfaction (p=0.651); (3) Log-linear analysis revealed a   structural association among recruitment process, nurse performance, and patient   satisfaction, with model significance at 0.955 and Pearson Chi-Square at 0.975.
