Human resource management, particularly recruitment processes, is crucial for acquiring competent nursing staff, which ultimately impacts service quality and patient satisfaction. Objectives: This study aims to examine the relationship between nurse recruitment processes, nurse performance, and patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara, Serang City, in 2024. Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional design was used. Nurse sampling employed proportionate stratified random sampling, yielding 84 respondents, while patient sampling used simple random sampling with 83 respondents, both calculated using Slovin’s formula.
