Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan dosis Pupuk Organik Cair Multiplant dan jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Telang (Clitoria ternatea). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2024 di Desa Kadubanen, Kecamatan Pandeglang, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) untuk faktor pertama dosis POC Multiplant (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kontrol atau 0 ml/L air (P0), dosis 10 ml/l air (P1), dosis 20 ml/l air (P2), dosis 30 ml/l air (P3), dan faktor kedua jenis media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 macam yaitu tanah (M0), campuran tanah, sekam padi dan pupuk kotoran hewan sapi (M1) dan campuran tanah, pasir dan pupuk kotoran hewan sapi (M2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tingkat dosis POC Multiplant berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman dengan hasil terbaik pada 14 hari setelah tanam (HST) (16,19 cm), 21 HST (21,93 cm), dan 28 HST (27,13 cm), serta jumlah daun dengan hasil terbaik pada 14 HST (15,22) dan 21 HST (21,56). Jenis media tanam juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman dengan hasil terbaik pada 14 HST (14,30 cm) dan 21 HST (19,83 cm), jumlah daun dengan hasil terbaik pada 28 HST (28,34), bobot basah dan kering bunga Telang dengan hasil terbaik pada panen kedua secara berturut-turut (0,18 dan 0,22). Interaksi antara dosis POC dan media tanam terlihat pada tinggi tanaman dengan hasikl terbaik pada 28 HST (38,87 cm) dan jumlah bunga dengan hasil terbaik pada panen keempat (3,33). abstract: The butterfly pea plant (Clitoria ternatea), known for its medicinal potential in its flowers, has encountered challenges due to the use of chemical-based fertilizers. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Multiplant Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) concentration and various planting media on the growth and yield of butterfly pea plants. The research took place from March to July 2024 in Kadubanen Village, Pandeglang District, Banten Province. A Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used with two factors: the first factor was the LOF concentration (P) with four levels i.e. control 0 ml/L of water (P0), 10 ml/L of water (P1), 20 ml/L of water (P2), and 30 ml/L of water (P3); the second factor was the type of planting medium (M) with three levels, which included soil alone (M0), a mixture of soil, rice husks, and cow manure (M1), and a mixture of soil, sand, and cow manure (M2). The findings indicated that varying concentration of Multiplant LOF significantly affected plant height with the best results at 14 days after planting (DAP) (16.19 cm), 21 DAP (21.93 cm), and 28 DAP (27.13 cm), as well as the number of leaves with the best results at 14 DAP (15.22) and 21 DAP (21.56). The type of planting medium also significantly influenced plant height with the best results at 14 DAP (14.30 cm) and 21 DAP (19.83 cm), the number of leaves with the best results at 28 DAP (28.34), and the wet and dry weights of butterfly pea flowers with the best results at the second harvest consecutively (0.18 and 0.22).
