This research was conducted at the Soil and Agroclimate Laboratory and the Basic Science and Plant Protection Laboratory, Department of Agroecotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University which was carried out from October 2024 to January 2025. This research used a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design with 4 replications, consisting of 8 treatments of Bacillus sp. Rhizosphere bacterial isolates of yellow kepok banana and 1 control treatment as a comparison. The results of the percentage of inhibition power obtained after transformation at 7 DAI showed BRPK 1 (33,89%), BRPK 2 (41,88%), BRPK 3 (32,69%), BRPK 4 (36,07%), BRPK 5 (31,42%), BRPK 6 (35,35%), BRPK 7 (38,21%), and BRPK 8 (36,75%). In the 3% KOH gram test and gram staining showed that all BRPK isolates were gram-positive bacteria and were in the form of bacilli. Based on the results of the pathogenicity test of 8 isolates, it was found that BRPK 1, BRPK 5, and BRPK 7 isolates had pathogenic properties.
