Collectors and collecting (General) subject: AS Academies and learned societies (General) description: This study aims to examine the influence of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT. Wildwood, Cikande, Serang Regency, using a quantitative approach and data collected through questionnaires from 105 respondents. The independent variables in this study are job insecurity and job stress, the dependent variable is turnover intention, and the mediating variable is job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results indicate that job insecurity and job stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, both variables negatively and significantly affect job satisfaction, which in turn negatively and significantly influences turnover intention. Job satisfaction is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention, as well as between job stress and turnover intention.
