%X The issue of graduate quality is an issue that is always hot and interesting to  discuss by various groups, ranging from intellectuals, education practitioners,  teachers, political elites, and culturalists, to the general public. It is stated that  the quality of national graduates has not satisfied all parties, especially users of  educational results. Several factors influence the quality of graduates. This study  aimed to determine the effect of learning supervision management, link and match  policies, and the availability of practical laboratories on the quality of graduates  of state vocational high schools in Serang City. It was a correlational survey  study with a quantitative approach involving 407 graduates of state vocational  high schools in Serang City as research samples. The research sample was  selected using simple random sampling. Research data were collected using  questionnaires with a modified Likert scale (scale four). The testing of research  data was carried out using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of  the study showed that: (1) learning supervision management affected the quality  of graduates, (2) the link and match policies affected the quality of graduates, (3)  the availability of practical laboratories affected the quality of graduates, and (4)  learning supervision management, link and match policies, and the availability of  practical laboratories affected the quality of graduates of State Vocational  Schools in Serang City.
%Z Persoalan mengenai mutu lulusan merupakan isu yang selalu hangat dan  menarik untuk didiskusikan oleh berbagai kalangan, mulai dari kaum intelektual,  praktisi pendidikan, guru, elite politik, budayawan, sampai kepada masyarakat  awam. Disebutkan bahwa mutu lulusan nasional belum mampu memuaskan  semua pihak terutama pemakai hasil pendidikan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang  memengaruhi mutu lulusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh  manajemen supervisi pembelajaran, kebijakan link and match, dan ketersediaan  laboratorium praktik terhadap mutu lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Serang.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei korelasional dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif yang melibatkan 407 orang lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Serang  sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan simple  random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket  dengan skala Likert termodifikasi (skala empat). Adapun pengujian data  penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan analisis jalur  (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh  signifikan manajemen supervisi pembelajaran terhadap mutu lulusan, (2) terdapat  pengaruh signifikan kebijakan link and match terhadap mutu lulusan, (3) terdapat  pengaruh signifikan ketersediaan laboratorium praktik terhadap mutu lulusan,  serta (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan manajemen supervisi pembelajaran,  kebijakan link and match, dan ketersediaan laboratorium praktik terhadap mutu  lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Serang.
