However, it is not spared from the problem, one of which is overcharging or over-placement fees which is the practice of charging over-placement fees to Indonesian Migrant Workers, this research uses a normative juridical approach that deductively analyzes the articles in the laws and regulations that regulate the above problems. BP2MI which acts as a facilitator Efforts to resolve labor disputes of Migrant Workers by becoming a mediator because usually the settlement is through mediation by means of negotiation, which in this case BP2MI as a mediator has succeeded in mediating that reaches a mutual agreement and protects migrant workers. Mediation by BP2MI in resolving the case of overcharging and withholding Asri Supadmi's Migrant Workers which should be prohibited in the Regulation on Exemption of Fees for Placement of Migrant Workers, but BP2MI as a mediation facilitator has proven to be effective in resolving conflicts.
