%I UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA %X This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the 5S work attitude (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on the Soft skills of students of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering (TKRO) expertise competency at SMKN 5 Serang City. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with an ex post facto research type. The research sample consisted of 73 class XII TKRO SMKN 5 Serang City students, selected through a total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the implementation of the 5S work attitude on students' Soft skills with a regression coefficient value of 0.419 and a Beta of 0.397 which indicated a low effect. The constant value of 118.317 indicates that students' Soft skills remain at a basic level even though 5S is not implemented. The R Square value of 0.157 reveals that only 15.7% of the variation in Soft skills can be explained by the implementation of 5S, while 84.3% is influenced by other factors. Thus, it can be concluded that although the implementation of 5S contributes to the development of students' Soft skills, additional strategies are required to improve the effectiveness of Soft skills development in the Light Vehicle Automotive Engineering competency a. %D 2025 %A FENGKI NOVENDRA KURNIAWAN %L eprintuntirta49069 %K 5S Work Attitude, Soft skills, Ex post facto, Automotive Light Vehicle engineering Sikap Kerja 5S, Soft skills, Ex post facto,Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif
