The lack of human resources and budget means that the feeding program for the elderly in Pabuaran District cannot be implemented optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the ATENSI program for the elderly in Pabuaran District, especially the food program for the elderly. Researchers use the theory of George C. Edward III. In this research, qualitative descriptive research methods are generally carried out in the form of case studies. The method used in this research is by collecting data, namely by conducting observations and interviews. The observations carried out were in the form of direct observations of POKMAS Pabuaran. Researchers conducted several interviews with related parties such as the Sosial Service, Pabuaran District and POKMAS Pabuaran. The conclusion from the implementation of the Sosial Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) program for the elderly, especially the elderly food program in Pabuaran District, is to implement a daily food delivery program for the elderly with two portions in one delivery. The aim of this food program is to improve the welfare of neglected/single family card elderly people by providing nutritious food. In the aspects of resources, communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure the program implementation is not yet optimal.
