note: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2024, bertempat di Jl. Bhayangkara No.001 RT.001/024, Kel. Sumur Pecung, Kec. Serang, Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rncangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) factorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu media tanam (M) dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair jakaba (J). Faktor pertama adalah media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, diantaranya: tanah dan arang sekam (m1), tanah dan kotoran ayam (m2), tanah, arang sekam, dan kotoran ayam (m3). Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi POC jakaba (J) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf, diantaranya: 0 ml/l, 25 ml/l, 50 ml/l, 75 ml/l, dan 100 ml/l/. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media tanam M3 yaitu tanah, arang sekam, dan kohe ayam memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang tanaman tomat. Konsentrasi POC jakaba 100% memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada jumlah dan bobot buah. Terdapat interaksi pada perlakuan media tanam dan konsentrasi POC jakaba dengan kombinasi terbaik yaitu m3 (tanah, kotoran ayam, arang sekam) dan j2 (konsentrasi POC jakaba 50%) terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 2 dan 3 MST.
abstract: This research is experimental research carried out from March to June 2024, located on Jl. Bhayangkara No.001 RT.001/024, Kel. Pecung Well, District. Serang, Serang City, Banten Province. The experimental design used in this research was a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) which consisted of two factors, namely the planting media (M) and the concentration of jakaba liquid organic fertilizer (J). The first factor is the planting medium which consists of 3 levels, including: soil and husk charcoal (m1), soil and chicken manure (m2), soil, husk charcoal and chicken manure (m3). The second factor is the concentration of jakaba liquid organic fertilizer (J) which consists of 5 levels, including: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The research results showed that the M3 planting media, namely soil, husk charcoal and chicken manure, had the best influence on plant height and stem diameter of tomato plants. Jakaba POC concentration of 100% had the best effect on the number and weight of fruit. There was an interaction between the planting media treatment and the POC concentration of jakaba with the best combination, namely m3 (soil, chicken manure, charcoal husk) and j2 (50% POC concentration of jakaba) on plant height parameters 2 and 3 weeks after planting.
