The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of 75 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, where the entire population is taken as the sample, totaling 75 respondents. Data analysis in this study was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the hypothesis testing results in this study, the findings are as follows: 1.Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2.
