%A Alphaundra Nareshwara %D 2025 %X This study aims to design and develop a decision support system for selecting the best online transportation service using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The main issue addressed is the wide range of available transportation service options, which makes it challenging for consumers to determine the best alternative based on relevant criteria such as cost, delivery speed, service coverage, and safety. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion based on its level of importance, while the TOPSIS method is applied to rank transportation service alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal solution. The results of this study show that the combination of AHP and TOPSIS yields the highest weight on the Price criterion, with a value of 0.33, and identifies GOJEK as the best alternative with a preference score of 0.821627 due to its discount offerings.
