Standard Toyo Polymer applies a PR Strategy Planning model which consists of four steps, namely fact finding, planning, action and communication, and evaluating. focuses on environmental management, providing sanitation facilities, and health education. These programs contribute significantly to reducing environmental pollution, improving water quality, and providing health education to the community. Overall, CSR PT. Standard Toyo Polymer has had a positive impact on creating a healthier and better environment in Gerem Village, which also has an impact on improving the quality of life of the local community. This research provides an overview of how companies develop a strategy for a CSR program, the role of companies in sustainable development and community empowerment through targeted CSR activities.
