            note = {Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia turut meningkatkan permintaan akan produk pertanian, namun lahan pertanian semakin terbatas akibat urbanisasi sehingga mendorong munculnya konsep pertanian perkotaan. Salah satu metode pertanian perkotaan adalah hidroponik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi usaha tani hidroponik di Kota Serang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tiga usaha tani hidroponik dipilih sebagai objek penelitian yaitu Allisa Farm, Raico Farm, dan Graha Hidroponik Center. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) serta sensitivitas usaha tani hidroponik terhadap perubahan suku bunga bank dan harga jual komoditas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga usaha hidroponik yang dianalisis tidak layak untuk diinvestasikan karena memiliki nilai NPV negatif, IRR lebih rendah dari tingkat diskonto yang diterapkan, namun layak secara ekonomi karena R/C Ratio lebih besar dari 1, dan hasil analisis Payback Period menunjukkan hanya Allisa dan Graha Hidroponik Center yang layak, serta usaha pertanian hidroponik di Kota Serang tidak sensitif terhadap perubahan suku bunga dan harga jual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi seseorang yang ingin memulai usaha pertanian hidroponik di Kota Serang. Sehingga dapat menghindari ketidakefektifan dalam usaha pertanian hidroponiknya.},

        abstract = {The increasing population of Indonesia has also increased the demand for agricultural products, but agricultural land is increasingly limited due to urbanization, thus encouraging the emergence of the concept of urban agriculture. One method of urban agriculture is hydroponics. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of hydroponic farming investment in Serang City using a quantitative approach. Three hydroponic farming businesses were selected as research objects, namely Allisa Farm, Raico Farm, and Graha Hidroponik Center. The analysis used is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) as well as the sensitivity of hydroponic farming to changes in bank interest rates and commodity selling prices. The results of the study showed that the three hydroponic businesses analyzed were not feasible for investment because they had negative NPV values, IRR lower than the discount rate applied, but economically feasible because the R/C Ratio was greater than 1, and the results of the Payback Period analysis show that only Allisa and Graha Hidroponik Center are feasible, and hydroponic farming businesses in Serang City are not sensitive to changes in interest rates and selling prices. This research is expected to be a reference for someone who wants to start a hydroponic farming business in Serang City. So that it can avoid ineffectiveness in its hydroponic farming business.}
