The research method is normative-empirical law. The data used in this study are secondary and primary data. Secondary data collection techniques are literature studies and primary data through interviews. The data processing in this study is a literature and field study. The analysis of this study uses a qualitative approach. The existence of this balance voucher is implemented by the central maxim office, the purpose is to attract consumers to use the services in the maxim application and is also intended to be an income for the Company, it can be called "Profit Sharing". The drivers, of course, already know about the existence of Profit Sharing, at the beginning before becoming our partners, they read the cooperation agreement that must be done, the goal is so that the Company can continue to move, so that the system can always be updated, running an applicator to prosper the drivers, of course.
