description: Coaching is one of the key aspects in the effective development of sports for both  beginner and professional athletes, and adequate sports facilities are a crucial  supporting factor. High-quality facilities can enhance the effectiveness of training,  support physical recovery, and provide a conducive environment for the development  of athletic achievement. This study is a descriptive quantitative research. The method  used involved a questionnaire. The study population consisted of 450 individuals, with  102 athletes completing the questionnaire through purposive sampling.  This research is a descriptive study using a survey method, and data were  collected using a questionnaire consisting of 21 validated items with a reliability  score of 0.860. The data analysis technique is presented in the form of percentages.  The results showed that the level of athlete satisfaction with coaching and facilities  at the volleyball club in Serang Regency was as follows: 7 athletes (7%) were in the  "very dissatisfied" category, 32 athletes (31%) in the "dissatisfied" category, 33  athletes (32%) in the "satisfied" category, and 30 athletes (30%) in the "very  satisfied" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the overall level of athlete  satisfaction with coaching and facilities at the volleyball club in Serang Regency is  categorized as "satisfied."
