KJPP Sugianto Prasodjo dan Rekan. The population of this research includes 200 employees and the sample includes 200 employees of KJPP Sugianto Prasodjo dan Rekan by using the purposive sampling technique. The data are analysed with PLS-SEM, hypothesis testing with the PLS approach, done in two stages, namely testing the outer model. The outer model test was carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test was carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previosly defined hypothesis.
