Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu PLS-SEM, pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji inner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Workload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Burnout Syndrom berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support mampu memoderasi workload terhadap Turnover Intention, Perceived Organizational Support mampu memoderasi burnout syndrom terhadap Turnover Intention.}, abstract = {This research aims to determine the effect of suitability of workload and burnout syndrom on turnover intention as an moderating perceived organizational support. The population of this research includes 200 employees and the sample includes 200 employees of KJPP Sugianto Prasodjo dan Rekan by using the purposive sampling technique. The data are analysed with PLS-SEM, hypothesis testing with the PLS approach, done in two stages, namely testing the outer model. The outer model test was carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test was carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previosly defined hypothesis.
