As the primary educational institution for children, schools play an important role in shaping the character and intelligence of the nation’s youth. However, in practice, there are many challenges faced by elementary schools, particularly in Lebak Regency. One of the factors influencing the performance of educators is the leadership and management practices applied in the school. This study aims to analyze 1) the impact of innovative leadership skills, 2) managerial skills, 3) work behavior, and 4) work commitment on work productivity at elementary schools in Lebak Regency. In the context of education, the work productivity of teachers and other educational staff is significantly influenced by internal factors such as leadership, management, as well as individual work behavior and commitment. In Lebak Regency, several elementary schools face challenges in improving teaching quality and educator performance. Therefore, it is essential to understand how these factors interact to influence work productivity in order to create a more effective educational environment. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data through questionnaires distributed to school principals and teachers across various elementary schools in the area. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that 1) innovative leadership skills, 2) managerial skills, 3) work behavior, and 4) work commitment have a significant impact on work productivity in elementary schools. Specifically, innovative leadership skills and work commitment contribute the most to improving work productivity.
