description: Adolescence is seen as a unique and critical period of development because many drastic biological, emotional, and social changes occur. Development in adolescence is closely related to emotional development in adolescents. In this emotional development, adolescents often face internal conflicts and uncertainty conflicts, and try to understand their place and position in the world while struggling to achieve independence. Emotions themselves help adolescents act quickly in situations that require a response, but also affect how we think and act in the long term. If adolescents cannot recognize and do not have good emotional intelligence, adolescents will choose deviant behavior that is often unnatural or symptoms of emotional stress, frustration, and internal conflict or external conflict in themselves. So from this problem the author feels the need for emotional intelligence in adolescence by creating a development project in the form of learning media produced in the form of a board game called KIMO: "What Kind of Emotion" as an introduction to emotions. The product has been tested for its feasibility with the results of product development recorded as good overall, namely in the category of feasible in terms of media and materials with a percentage of product feasibility test results of 92.7% which states that the development of the KIMO board game is a learning media that is feasible to be implemented for adolescent students.
