The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square. (SEM-PLS) approach. This research was conducted at PT XYZ which is engaged in providing copier rental services and promotional products. Data was collected through a survey with a questionnaire filled out by company employees. The results showed that human capital has a positive and significant effect on company performance. In addition, corporate culture also has a positive and significant effect on company performance and mediates the relationship betwen human capital and company performance. Thus, improving the quality of human resources accompanied by a strong corporate culture can improve overall company performance.
