description: This study aims to examine the influence of profitability on company value and how dividend policy and capital structure mediate the relationship between profitability and company value. The sample used in this study is the Bisnis-27 index for the 2018-2022 period as many as 17 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the official website of each company. The data analysis techniques used are path analysis and sobel test and data processing is carried out with the STATA version 17 statistical application. The results of the study show that profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on the company's value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Profitability has no effect on the capital structure. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on the value of the company. Dividend policy is able to mediate the relationship between profitability and company value, while capital structure cannot mediate the relationship between profitability and company value.
