note: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi
pedagogik instruktur di LPK Teknoss Kabupaten Serang dan bagaimana kesiapan
instruktur dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan komputer di Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja
(LPK) Teknoss Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)
Instruktur di LPK Teknoss Kabupaten Serang sudah memiliki kompetensi
pedagogik yang baik, 4 dari 5 indikator sudah tercapai dengan baik. (2) Kesiapan
instruktur dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan komputer di LPK Teknoss Kabupaten
Serang yang terdiri dari 4 indikator kesiapan instruktur sudah terpenuhi dengan
baik. Namun dalam dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran instruktur masih
kurang inovatif.
abstract: The aim of this research is to find out how the pedagogical competence of
instructor at District Serang Teknoss Job Traning Institute is and how instructor
readiness in implementating computer traning at District Serang Teknoss Job
Traning Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach with dexcriptive
methods. The research result show that (1) instructors at District Serang Teknoss
Job Traning Institute already have good pedagogical competence, 4 out of 5
indicators have been achieved well. (2) Instructor readiness in imlementating
computer training at the District Serang Teknoss Job Traning Institute, which
consist of 4 indicators of instructor readiness, has been fulfilled properly
