This research uses a qualitative approach with dexcriptive  methods. The research result show that (1) instructors at District Serang Teknoss  Job Traning Institute already have good pedagogical competence, 4 out of 5  indicators have been achieved well. (2) Instructor readiness in imlementating  computer training at the District Serang Teknoss Job Traning Institute, which  consist of 4 indicators of instructor readiness, has been fulfilled properly
