This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source is a data source obtained through interviews with one manager and owner of LPK Anita, one instructor and five training participants. The data collection techniques are by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that has been carried out show that (1) The implementation of the sewing training program can be said to meet good implementation standards seen from the planning process of identifying training needs, training implementation and evaluation. (2) The process of cultivating an entrepreneurial attitude in sewing training participants at LPK Anita, Serang City is carried out through learning methods carried out by instructors in an effort to build character by explaining the basic theory of entrepreneurship education and producing abilities that several training participants already possess and master, especially in innovation, risk taking and leadership skills.
