Summarized in several studies related to environmental damage conditions ranging from small to large scales, the problem of environmental damage has a detrimental impact, especially on society. This problem was researched more deeply using qualitative methods with a case study approach, which can dig deeper into the problem of environmental damage in Lebak Regency. Then the data was dissected using Verdinan's concept of environmental politics as a tool for analysis. The results of the research show that the problem of environmental damage in Lebak Regency is very complex, based on several informants' statements that environmental damage in Lebak Regency is caused by the rise of illegal mining, ponds that violate AMDAL, and overloaded waste in TPAS. Not only that, the problem of environmental damage in Lebak Regency actually involves many actors, starting from the government, corporations, and also residents.
