description: This study aims to analyze the relationship between social capital and the success of the National Food Inflation Control Movement (GNPIP) program for chili commodities in the Makmur 3 Farmers Group, Pabuaran Subdistrict, Serang City. The elements of social capital examined include trust, social norms, networks, and participation. A quantitative method was applied using a survey technique involving 68 respondents. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and Spearman correlation. The results indicate that all dimensions of social capital show a moderate correlation with program success, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.424 to 0.611. These findings suggest that increasing levels of social capital—particularly trust, social networks, and active participation—significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the GNPIP program. Recommendations include enhancing the role of agricultural extension workers, strengthening farmer group networks, and developing policies that reinforce social capital to maintain food inflation stability.
